- Change management and quality readiness Coordinate QMS controls for product, process, material and document changes; verify required approvals, risk assessments, training and records. Monitor FAI or customer submission readiness when mandated by the site process.
- Process governance and training Define process ownership, compliance checkpoints and competence requirements with functional departments. Facilitate QMS training, awareness activities and verification of adopted procedures across shifts and lines.
- Cross-functional systemic improvement Lead cross-functional QMS improvement projects with QA, Production, PE, TE, PM, RD and other stakeholders. Prioritize repeat findings and high-risk gaps, align owners and milestones, and verify sustained improvements.
- QMS performance and management review Maintain QMS dashboards for audit findings, CAPA closure, recurrence, document timeliness and customer issues. Prepare management-review inputs, identify adverse trends and follow up assigned decisions to closure.
Authority & Accountability Authorized to coordinate cross-functional QMS assessments and improvement projects, request documented evidence, convene reviews and escalate significant or overdue system gaps. Process owners remain accountable for executing and sustaining their controls; the QMS Engineer owns governance, verification and follow-up.
Qualifications & Competencies
