- Familiar with DIP process (wave solder, glue dispenser, coating machine).
- Able to handle DIP equipment abnormal.
- Product quality issue tracking and solving to realize the goal yield rate.
- Assists in selective wave soldering, router and glue dispenser equipment programming and production.
- Do preventive maintenance DIP equipment.
- Improve cycle time on DIP process.
- Complete maintained router and valve of dispenser independently. . Able to work in shift pattern(Day/Night) 2. Able to work 12 hours per day(OT) 3. Can support working day for 6 days. 4. Engineering degree background. 5.
Have experience on glue dispenser router, wave solder and coating machine. 6. Familiar with machine coordination progrmming.
