OpenNash Jobs privacy notice
Service and contact
OpenNash operates jobs.opennash.com. Contact [email protected] with privacy questions or requests concerning this service.
Public job data
The service indexes public employer job listings, application links, and source evidence. Historical observations may be retained to identify changes and explain coverage. These records are not applicant profiles.
Plugin requests
The job-search plugin receives the tool arguments your AI client sends, such as keywords, employer names, locations, filters, and job identifiers. It uses those arguments to return matching public records. The plugin does not require an account, accept applications, or ask for resumes. Do not include sensitive personal information in search arguments.
Storage and operational logs
The read-only plugin does not create a user profile or save searches. Network infrastructure receives connection information such as IP addresses and request metadata. Service logs are used to operate and diagnose the service and are rotated under the hosting configuration; this notice does not promise a fixed deletion period for all infrastructure logs. Email support requests contain the information you choose to send; do not include sensitive personal data.
Website and external services
The website uses OpenNash-hosted Umami analytics for page visits and selected clicks, and loads fonts from Google Fonts. Those website requests are separate from MCP tool calls. Your AI client processes your conversation under its own privacy policy. When you follow an employer application link, the employer's privacy policy governs that site.
Your choices
Use the plugin without supplying personal application information. You can stop using it or disconnect it in your AI client. Contact [email protected] to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information you believe OpenNash holds, or to report a listing that improperly includes personal information.
