Job description

• Familiar with SMT process.
• Able to handle AOI/SPI machine normal abnormal and report major abnormal.
• Realizing the goal SPI/AOI first pass rate.
• Assistance with the pilot run and fine tuning of machine programming.
• Quality issue improvement to realize the SMT product Yield rate.
• Training AOI and SPI machine OP.
• Daily report of SMT line AOI/SPI machine status.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in SMT manufacturing, preferably in SPI and AOI processes.
• Good knowledge of SMT processes, solder paste inspection (SPI), and automated optical inspection (AOI) systems.
• Experience in AOI/SPI programming, optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Familiar with IPC standards and SMT quality requirements.
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen is an advantage.
• Ability to analyze defects, false calls, and process trends using statistical tools.
• Experience in FPY improvement, defect reduction, and root cause analysis.
• Good communication and coordination skills for working with production, QA, process, and equipment teams.
• Able to work independently, solve problems effectively, and handle multiple tasks.
• Able to work shift
• Willing to support production during urgent issues and off-hours when required.
