Job responsibilities

• Ensure the brand identity and its deployment on all existing content, print and digital, internal and external: application of the graphic charter, vocabulary and Cheval Blanc codes Implementing the Cheval Blanc marketing and digital strategy as well as the actions defined with the head office to implement them and adapt them to local specificities
• Ensures that all print and digital communication materials are updated in accordance with the action plan, global LVMH Hotel Management initiatives and news from the House and its outlets.

Creation, updating and careful review of all printed documents (stationery, brochures, menus, etc.) and updating of digital content (iPad and TV in rooms and on various websites) to promote the House's activities Constantly liaising with department heads and headquarters to identify new needs and develop appropriate tools (invitations for events, menu translations, creation of experiential presentations, etc.) using the formats created by headquarters Assisting departments in the creation of their cards and daily or event content (menus, invitations - Catering, Spa, Carousel) Participation in the daily management of social networks Organization of content creation (social media contest/ organization of shootings/ identification of regional photographers/videographers) including some dedicated for Facebook and Instagram according to a strong identity editorial line Profile

• Ensure the conformity of the information published on the hotel's internet, iPad and television interfaces
• Ensure the animation of the website and social networks in conjunction with the Director of Communication & Marketing and LVMH Hotel Management: Creation of photo and video content, Creation of posts, Response to various bloggers and influencers, Animation of the relations with the bloggers and influencers, Create newsletters and set up emailing campaigns in conjunction with LVMH Hotel Management
• Monitor rating sites (moderation and analysis): TripAdvisor, Google, Facebook, Yelp, etc.
