Job responsibilities As a member of the Food & Beverage team the Assistant Restaurant Manager's role is to strengthen and deliver the services to the Maison's guests, managing a culturally diverse team of young and passionate Ambassadeurs. Responsible for managing and o verseeing the daily operations of restaurant operation , ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and managing a dedicated team. Assistant Restaurant Manager will encompass various aspects, including team management, customer service, financial performance, and adherence to company standards.

Manage the Restaurant operations,

• Maintain exceptional levels of customer service. Recruit, manage and develop the Restaurant team.
• Develop menus with other members of F&B team to ensure that this is done in line with the budgeted guidelines. Evaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement.

Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation.

Profile Requirements

• Advanced Diploma or Degree in Hospitality.
• At least 4 years’ experience in a similar role in luxury segment
• Ability to comply with all F&B brand standards
• Ability to work under pressure
• Excellent grooming standards
• Willingness to develop Ambassadeurs and self
• Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
• Passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service
