Job responsibilities Assists the Reservations & Revenue Manager in preparing the annual and monthly sales action plans, promotional activities, and saleable rates. › Ensure the information on the hotel’s property management system are accurate and current at all times. › To implement, monitor, and control various reservation operations according to the departmental operating procedure. › Assist in the preparation of the

Annual Rooms Budgets. › Develop overall pricing strategy to include all Market segments and distribution channels (If applicable) › Ensure compliance with the Best Rate guarantee and Rate Parity. › Compliance with Cheval Blanc standard for Rate Plans, Rate Categories, Market Segments, profiles, and all other PMS-related Revenue Management functions. › Produce all relevant components pertaining to the Revenue management Budget. › Effectively manage and be in control of all inventories.

Profile Produce forecasts on weekly and Monthly basis. › Handled all enquiries, complaints & requests related to room bookings and simultaneously in charge of promoting and maintaining good public relations. › Responsible for maximising the hotel occupancy and average room rate through effective Yield management, aiming to ensure complete and 100% customer satisfaction. › Keep a close follow-up with weekly updates on developments of the competitor hotels (Occupancy, rates, marketing efforts, etc.) › Ensure that all the procedures are followed by the department as per the standard operating procedure.
