As a Spa Receptionist, you are one of the first ambassadors of this world of luxury and serenity. Reporting to the Spa Manager, your role is to provide each guest with a warm, personalized, and impeccable welcome.

Your primary responsibility is to welcome, inform, and assist our guests throughout their journey at the Cheval Blanc Spa. You identify their expectations and needs in order to recommend the treatments, services, and facilities best suited to them. You are responsible for managing reservations, following up on appointments, and coordinating requests with the various Spa teams. You ensure that all information is accurately recorded and contribute to the smooth running of the guest experience before, during, and after their visit.

You also participate in promoting the Spa’s treatments, products, and offers, while ensuring compliance with the Maison’s standards of quality, hygiene, and service. Through your exceptional sense of hospitality, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail, you contribute to making every Spa visit a unique and memorable experience.
