Job description

About the role and team We’re seeking a dynamic communications professional to lead executive and employee communications for our Community Operations organization. You will work with leaders to shape strategic messaging, drive engagement, support change management, and keep employees informed. You will also collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop and execute internal communications plans and campaigns. The ideal candidate is someone who can operate as a strategic thought-partner and a hands-on operator.

What you’ll do Oversee the development and execution of internal communication plans from start to finish, including strategy development, socialization, tactical execution, and reporting metrics. Work with executives to advise on the best communications approach to cascade strategic information to employees. Develop close partnerships with cross-functional teams and subject-matter experts to advise, produce, and implement internal communication campaigns.

Manage internal communications for organizational transformation and change management, bringing employees along on the journey. Draft, develop, and refine various written materials, such as leadership communications, presentations, FAQs, talking points, and other essential documents. Distill complex topics into cohesive messages, craft compelling narratives, and tell stories to keep employees informed, engaged and inspired.

A Skilled Writer

We need someone who can take complex issues and turn them into clear, engaging language that resonates with employees.
