Test Lead

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Execute testing as per approved test strategy and plan
• Prepare SIT test scenarios, test cases, and execution schedules
• Ensure end-to-end integration validation across systems (CRM, Billing, Metering)
• Track progress against timelines and ensure delivery commitments Onsite–Offshore Team Management
• Lead distributed teams (onsite & offshore) with clear task ownership
• Allocate work based on priority, skillset, and timelines
• Enable follow-the-sun execution model
• Act as SPOC between onsite stakeholders and offshore teams

Stakeholder Coordination

• Run daily stand-ups, SIT status calls, and defect triage meetings
• Provide execution status, risks, and escalations to Test Manager and stakeholders
• Coordinate with dev, business, and vendors for issue resolution
