Key Responsibilties

8+ years of experience in Banking / Payments Testing Strong understanding of cross‑border payment lifecycles and correspondent banking Hands‑on experience with SWIFT MT messages (MT103, MT202, MT202COV, MT199, MT910/940/950) Exposure to ISO 20022 (MX) messages is highly desirable Strong SQL skills for backend and accounting validation Experience with defect tracking and test management tools (JIRA, ALM, Azure DevOps)

Domain Knowledge Cross‑border networks

SWIFT, SEPA, TARGET2, CHAPS, RTGS Accounting concepts: Nostro/Vostro, suspense accounts

• Knowledge of FX processing, liquidity management, and settlement risk Tools & Environment SWIFT Alliance Access / Lite2 or equivalent payment gateways Postman / SOAP UI for interface testing Unix/Linux command‑line tools Database tools (PL/SQL, T‑SQL) Soft Skills
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in high‑volume, time‑critical payment environments Leadership and mentoring skills
