- Own integrated planning across 10+ workstreams
- Manage risks, issues and dependencies proactively
- Lead governance and executive reporting
- Coordinate multi-vendor delivery
Required Skills
- Large-scale programme management
- Governance and financial management
- Executive stakeholder engagement
- CRM / Salesforce programme experience
- Regulated environment delivery Experience Required
- 15–20+ years relevant industry experience
- Experience delivering large-scale CRM or enterprise transformation initiatives
- Financial services or regulated environment experience preferred
