Lead end-to-end Payroll and HCM solution implementations, enhancements, and support engagements. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to payroll and workforce management. Design and configure payroll components including earnings, deductions, taxes, benefits, and absence plans. Provide functional expertise on payroll processing, payroll reconciliation, and statutory compliance.
