岗位职责
- 组织、协调、督导机构内部开展消保工作（考核、审查、审计等）；
- 开展消保投诉等数据统计、通报、管理工作；
- 组织开展消保主题宣传活动；
- 负责消费者权益保护相关培训、宣导、监管材料报送等工作；
- 协调相关部门追踪消费者投诉等问题的处理与解决 任职资格 工作责任心强，积极主动，有较强的学习能力，具有较好的沟通、表达、协调能力
