Job description

Country Administrative Delivery

• Own the country-level administrative service delivery for the local office, ensuring day-to-day workplace operations and living support;

Market-Entry Project Support

• Support the country-launch team on operations, leasing and fit-out, building the local office from 0 to 1;

Local Vendor & Team Management

• Work with local vendors and the Local Hire team to localize services, balancing HQ standards with local realities;

Cross-Cultural Collaboration & AI Enablement

• Bridge HQ and local office, and use AI tools to overcome language barriers and improve cross-timezone collaboration.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, with overseas study/living experience, able to use English as the working language;
• Adaptable, highly independent and resilient under pressure, able to get things done in resource-limited settings;
• Reliable and grounded, skilled in cross-cultural communication, passionate about international business;

AI Capability

• Able to leverage AI tools to overcome language barriers and support administrative delivery.

Preferred

Internship at Chinese companies, or international / cross-cultural project experience; knowledge of and interest in the Latin American (Brazil) / Middle Eastern (Saudi Arabia) market or overseas expansion.
