A Day in the Life As a Customer Care Intern in Bucharest, reporting to the Customer Care Manager, you will work under the guidance of a dedicated mentor and experienced team members to support our daily operations.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including commercial, shipping, and logistics departments, you will gain hands-on experience in order management and client support while learning our systems in a structured, encouraging environment.

Client Support

Provide basic customer assistance by answering FAQs and updating order statuses under a mentor's guidance.

Order Management

Help enter, process, and check system orders, monitor deliveries, and quickly flag any delays.

Returns & Disputes

Record simple complaints, track returns, and collect necessary documentation in coordination with related departments.

Admin & Learning

Participate in database updates and process optimization while learning internal procedures and systems like SAP. We Are Looking For We are seeking for a proactive, detail-oriented student or recent graduate who is eager to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment. With a strong customer-centric mindset, empathy, and excellent organization, you are ready to collaborate with cross-functional teams and make a real impact on our customer experience.

Prior experience in Customer Care/Support. Good command of English (written & spoken). Intermediate Excel skills (or above) and high attention to detail. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Familiarity with SAP is a plus.
