A Day in the Life As our Marketing & Digital Finance Analyst in Bucharest, you act as the financial co-pilot to our Consumer Products marketing teams, steering advertising and promotion (A&P) investments across iconic brands.

You report directly to the Finance Manager.

Budgeting & Forecasting

• Build and monitor annual budgets and periodic trend revisions for media, digital activations, and promotional investments.

Financial Closing & Reporting

• Drive monthly closing operations, track A&P spend against targets, and provide transparent variance analysis for brand leads.

Business Partnering

• Partner with brand managers on pre-launch business cases, promotional ROI models, and post-campaign performance assessments.

Investment Analytics

• Translate media data and spend trends into actionable recommendations to optimise marketing investments across online and offline channels. We Are Looking For You bring an analytical mindset and the curiosity to turn financial figures into strategic commercial decisions.

Financial Acumen

• Solid foundation (3-5 years) in finance, economics, or business with a proven track record in financial controlling, planning, or commercial finance.

Analytical Rigour

• Advanced expertise in Excel and financial modelling to evaluate complex marketing investments and variance trends.

Collaborative Influence

• Strong communication skills to challenge assumptions constructively and align with marketing stakeholders.

Operational Agility

• Proactive mindset capable of steering strict closing schedules and shifting market priorities with precision.

Language Proficiency

• Professional working proficiency in English and Romanian to collaborate seamlessly across local and regional teams.

Bachelor
