National Medical Sales Manager

Job description

A Day in the Life You shape our nationwide medical recommendation strategy to grow healthcare professional partnerships, reporting directly to Medical Director and O+O Commercial Director in Ho Chi Minh City.

• Architect the national medical visit roadmap across our dermatological brand portfolio to expand prescription share and clinical advocacy.
• Lead, coach, and develop the national field force of medical representatives, establishing clear sector coverage and detailing excellence.
• Steer commercial medical performance nationwide, overseeing sampling, hospital tender strategies, and educational investment budgets.
• Partner with key dermatologists, medical institutions, and internal marketing and scientific relations teams to anchor our clinical credibility. We Are Looking For You bring strategic commercial acumen, deep medical detailing knowledge, and the ability to rally a high-performing field team.

Commercial Strategy & Execution

• Proven track record steering medical visit networks, commercial field operations, or healthcare professional engagement in pharmaceutical or skincare sectors.

People Leadership

• Demonstrated ability to recruit, mentor, and inspire a nationwide field team while building an ethical, collaborative culture.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Strong capability in building durable institutional partnerships with healthcare practitioners, clinics, and hospital networks.

Analytical Thinking

• Skill in translating field insights and market data into decisive territory and operational plans.

Scientific Ethics & Compliance

• Commitment to upholding rigorous medical standards, regulatory frameworks, and product detailing guidelines.
