National Sales & Medical Relations Manager

Job description

A Day in the Life You steer our commercial roadmap and establish the brand’s scientific authority across key healthcare networks, reporting directly to the Division Head. You lead a nationwide field team, balancing commercial performance with meaningful medical engagement.

• Define and execute the national sales and medical relations strategy, aligning commercial planning directly with brand growth priorities.
• Lead regional field teams across sell-in, sell-out, assortment goals, and route-to-market discipline to secure consistent execution.
• Lead strategic joint business planning and top-to-top negotiations with key partners, direct accounts, and distributors.
• Build trusted partnerships with healthcare professionals and medical associations, reinforcing brand authority through targeted scientific engagement.
• Coach, develop, and upskill field sales and medical representatives, fostering a culture of excellence and shared accountability. We Are Looking For You bring a strategic commercial mindset alongside the credibility to connect with healthcare communities.

Commercial Strategy & Business Planning

• Proven track record in steering sales operations, joint business planning, and revenue growth.

Healthcare Stakeholder Engagement

• Capability to engage medical professionals and build lasting advocacy within clinical environments.

Negotiation & Key Account Management

• Ability to lead complex top-to-top partner discussions and execute sustainable commercial agreements.

People Leadership & Coaching

• Experience guiding, developing, and motivating high-performing field teams across multiple regions.

Operational Fluency in English

• Comfortable leading presentations, strategy reviews, and cross-functional collaboration in English.
