Job description

A Day in the Life You steer commercial planning and operational performance across the region, partnering directly with commercial leadership to turn business priorities into clear execution roadmaps.

• Shape and implement regional commercial strategies, setting priorities, performance roadmaps, and growth drivers alongside sales leadership.
• Lead commercial capability assessments, clarifying sales roles and establishing a prioritised calendar to address operational development needs.
• Design and deploy sales force incentive programmes, KPIs, and route-to-market segmentation models to enhance field performance.
• Build and streamline planning processes, tools, systems, and data consolidation across transversal business stakeholders.
• Steer market and competitor intelligence, analysing industry shifts and consumer insights to identify high-impact commercial opportunities. We Are Looking For You bring strategic vision and the analytical clarity needed to drive operational change across diverse teams.

Commercial Strategy & Business Planning

• Proven track record developing commercial roadmaps, KPI frameworks, and sales incentive schemes.

Financial Modelling & Data Analytics

• Advanced operational proficiency in Excel (building and maintaining complex financial models, pivot tables) and tools such as SQL and PowerPoint.

Market Intelligence & Research

• Demonstrated ability to synthesise competitive landscapes, market trends, and go-to-market insights into actionable plans.

Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management

• Strong track record of aligning operational processes and database structures across multiple functions.

FMCG or Retail Acumen

• Working knowledge of retail commercial channels, route-to-market dynamics, and sales operations.
