Paid Social & Performance

• Design and execute full-funnel paid social campaigns across platforms, monitoring CPE and CPV to optimise investment and maximise reach.

Creator Community & Advocacy

• Identify, partner with, and nurture a diverse network of creators—contributing to our global advocacy network from micro-influencers to top-tier talent.

Content Amplification

• Use social listening tools to identify organic trends and audience sentiment, boosting high-performing creator assets to drive share of influence.

Brand Experiences

• Co-create tailored online activations and real-world creator events that foster long-term community relationships and organic advocacy. We Are Looking For You bring analytical precision and cultural fluency, knowing how to balance paid media efficiency with genuine relationship-building.

Advocacy Strategy

• Proven ability to recruit, brief, and partner with diverse creator tiers to build authentic brand advocacy.

Digital Platform & Ecosystem

• Solid operational command of paid social advertising tools, campaign management, and audience targeting.

Social Listening & Trend Activation

• Practical experience using social listening platforms to extract consumer insights and spot emerging cultural trends.

Performance & ROI Tracking

• Strong capability in managing marketing budgets, analysing performance metrics, and adjusting strategies based on data.

Stakeholder Management

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to align internal cross-functional partners and external creator talent.
