Affiliate & KOL Strategy

• Build planning strategy for affiliate (TikTokshop & Shopee & new channels) basing on affiliate sale target, activation, campaign promotion, Kols livestream/video management Build Affiliate content strategy & creators community that align with L’Oreal Luxe framework
• Collaborate with cross functions such as commercial, media, social, marketing, business planning to integrate affiliate plan to total business plan Manage Budget for Affiliate & ensure ROI & Cost in revenue
• Ensure smooth execution between business team, agency & affiliate (JBP partners & MCNs)
• Ensure accuracy & compliance in briefing, reconcile affiliate performance and report weekly/monthly… Build affiliate campaigns, investment strategies and day-to-day activates including affiliate recruitment, relationship building, campaign building, commission and performance levels management relate to budgets and expected KPI's
• Analyze and review monthly and annual KOLS effectiveness; analyze competitors’ activities monthly Elevate consumer journey on livestream: Being the champion to lead livestream end-to-end elevation project
• Develop livestream framework to upgrade consumer experience and monitor execution Livestream Sales & Traffic Growth Liaising with Commercial to understand monthly livestream build up & will be accountable for daily Livestream target planning Track, Monitor & recommend the source of traffic for brand livestream Livestream Metrics improvement Elevate livestream experience to improve key metrics

People Management

• Establish the right sales structure and capabilities to maximize Brands’ sales potential and ultimately achieving the Brands’ vision and goals Directly manage 2 assistants – Livestream Assistant & Affiliate Assistant – setting clear targets, coaching and holding them accountable for their respective teams Through the Livestream Assistant, ensure the ~20-person Livestreamer team is well led, coached and performance-managed – requires senior, solid people-management skills to keep a large frontline team engaged, disciplined and consistently performing
• Oversee the Customer Service team, ensuring that customer inquiries, issues, and requests are handled promptly and professionally Through the Affiliate Assistant, build and manage the affiliate/KOL community as an extension of the team Talent Recruitment & Development
• Participate in the recruitment and selection process for new Brand Streamers, Customer Service agents and affiliate partners/KOLs
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new team members, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles
• Identify training needs and opportunities for skill development within the Livestream, Customer Service and Affiliate teams
• Implement training programs and initiatives to enhance the capabilities of Livestreamers, Customer Service agents and affiliate partners
