Key responsibilities

• Collect completion data (queries) and produce the monthly training plan tracking report
• Prepare and publish the weekly training report
• Prepare and share evaluation reporting (immediate and delayed feedback)
• Prepare and provide reporting on no-shows for mandatory training sessions
• Analyze and provide commentary on monthly reporting indicators
• Implement productivity improvement tools for the team Perform various tasks primarily within the SAP information system Consolidate and define performance indicators related to training activities
• Contribute to the creation of documentation and training materials linked to organizational, process-based, or system-related learning paths Key expectations: Strong analytical mindset
