Responsibilities

Installation, commissioning and testing of CNC machines and automation systems at customer sites Performing preventive maintenance and service activities to ensure optimal machine performance Diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic issues Providing on-site technical support and assisting customers with technical inquiries Supporting the development and establishment of service and customer structures within the regional market Documenting all service activities and coordinating closely with internal and international teams Profile | Qualifications: 3–5 years of experience in a field service role, ideally within the CNC or machine tool industry

• Strong skills in diagnosing electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, as well as CNC (and ideally PLC) technologies
• Solid knowledge of CNC milling; experience with Heidenhain controls is an advantage
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics and engineering drawings Independent and structured working style combined with a strong service and customer-oriented mindset, with the ability to operate in a developing market environment High willingness to travel (up to approx. 75%), valid driver’s license and very good English skills
