Responsibilities
- Define and continuously improve the end-to-end commercial operations framework supporting the customer purchase journey.
- Establish operational processes, controls and governance standards covering orders, payments, financing, trade-ins, pricing execution and customer escalations.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable operational workflows that support growth across direct, agency and distributor markets.
- Own operational readiness for new markets, products, services and customer journey initiatives.
- Establish exception management, approval and escalation frameworks to ensure effective management of non-standard scenarios.
- Ensure operational compliance with regulatory, tax, legal and market-specific requirements across Europe.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and lead continuous improvement initiatives that improve customer experience, speed and accuracy.
- Partner with functional leaders, market teams and global stakeholders to ensure commercial operations support business objectives and customer expectations.
Qualifications
What we're looking for
- Proven experience leading commercial operations, sales operations, order management or business operations functions within automotive, retail, e-commerce or other complex operational environments.
- Strong understanding of order-to-cash processes, operational controls and customer transaction management.
- Experience designing scalable operational frameworks across multiple markets or business units.
- Highly analytical with a strong process improvement and automation mindset.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to align cross-functional teams around common objectives.
- Experience building and implementing governance, controls and operational compliance frameworks.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth and ambiguous environments.
- Detail-oriented, execution-focused and passionate about operational excellence and customer experience.
