Job description

Oversee timely store construction, managing site selection, design, decoration and opening end-to-end; coordinate internal teams to ensure on-time, high-quality project delivery. Manage store operations by implementing strategies for staffing, inventory and customer service to optimize efficiency and quality; execute sales/promotional plans to boost brand image and performance; monitor data to adjust strategies for goal achievement.

Lead store team management and training, developing plans to enhance overall team quality and service standards. Conduct regular market research on competitors and trends to inform store development; analyze customer feedback and propose improvements to elevate experience.,1.

Provide superior customer experience

Receive customers warmly and friendly, understand their needs, and provide personalized solutions that exceed their expectations. 2.

Product experts

In-depth understanding of all Xiaomi product hardware and software knowledge, service knowledge, and being able to explain its functions and advantages to customers clearly and concisely, is the person of the store team to learn and find product help. 3.

Sales and service

Actively listen to customer needs, recommend suitable products and services, complete store sales targets, and be able to handle customer consultation and technical support at the same time. 4.

Teamwork

Work closely with team members to create a positive working atmosphere and provide customers with a seamless service experience. 5.

Assist store management

Assist the store manager in managing the daily operations of the store, such as sales analysis, display arrangement, customer service, inventory, and activity formulation and execution. 6.

Qualifications

Strong willingness to work in retail, with excellent learning ability, good teamwork spirit and a strong sense of ownership. Recent graduate from a respected university with strong academic performance; bachelor's degree or above. Passionate about technology, smartphones, and smart devices.
