IT Support Engineer

Job description

Reporting to the IT Infrastructure Manager or Senior IT Support Engineer, assisting with day-to-day IT operations, system updates, and administration to support reliable IT service. Support monitoring and maintenance of IT infrastructures, networks, servers, and cloud services. Assist in implementing and managing cybersecurity and data protection procedures under guidance. Support incident response and security threat remediation under supervision.

Assist with IT infrastructure projects and digital transformation initiatives. Support vendor and stakeholder communication activities. Follow professional IT management practices and compliance rules. Maintain awareness of current IT infrastructure practices and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

Degree or diploma in Information Technology, or relevant IT certifications (or currently pursuing).
