Corporate Products Expert, Commercial Strategy

Job description

• Manage the strategy and lifecycle of products for corporate clients;
• Leading role in transformation initiatives and in the delivery of new processes, products and services, including AI-driven solutions;
• Identify and implement product improvements in collaboration with business and cross-functional teams;
• Analyse client needs, market trends, regulatory changes and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities;
• Support the development and management of guarantee schemes and financing solutions linked to EU and national funding programs;
• Build relationships with international financial institutions and development partners, including EIB, EIF and EBRD;
• Monitor the performance of guarantee instruments and recommend opportunities for optimization;
• Partner with Corporate Banking, Risk, Legal, Operations and other stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery and ongoing management.
