• Design and implement innovative digital and AI-powered solutions for some of the largest companies on the market;
• Drive the development of new products, services and customer journeys that create measurable business value;
• Identify business needs of corporate clients and transform them into clear requirements and implementation roadmaps;
• Participate in the design, development and deployment of AI solutions that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency;
• Work in Agile cross-functional teams together with business, IT and external partners;
• Lead and coordinate strategic innovation projects from idea generation to successful market launch;
• Research the market, innovations, and competition;
• Present innovative concepts and project outcomes to senior management.
