Responsibilities

Expérience

• A significant similar experience is required, in particular if abroad. A strong knowledge of securitization / assignment of receivables and corporate transactions and contract law is essential. Experience in the automotive/mobility sector would be a significant advantage.

Knowledge of competition law would also be beneficial.
