Job description

Job Overview

Act as the operational and commercial performance partner of the VP Sales, driving commercial performance and cross-functional execution across Revenue, Finance, Supply Chain, S&OP and contract governance reporting to the VP Sales EMIA. We are seeking an experienced, manager-level individual contributor to serve as a key commercial performance partner within the EMIA organization. In this highly visible cross-functional leadership role, you will drive transparency, governance, and execution across revenue management, pricing, accounts receivable, S&OP, and commercial operations.

Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will identify performance gaps, coordinate corrective actions, and ensure alignment between Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and other critical business functions. The ideal candidate combines strong commercial and analytical capabilities with the ability to influence across a complex matrix environment.
