Fluent Commerce

Job description

Design, configure, and implement Fluent Commerce OMS solutions. Work with business stakeholders to understand retail and e-commerce requirements. Develop and support order orchestration, fulfillment, inventory management, and returns workflows. Configure business rules, workflows, and integrations within the Fluent Commerce platform. Integrate Fluent Commerce with e-commerce platforms, POS systems, ERP applications, and third-party services.

Develop and consume REST APIs and GraphQL services. Support end-to-end testing, UAT, deployment, and production support activities. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to order processing and inventory synchronization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile delivery environments.

Required Skills

4+ years of experience in Fluent Commerce . Strong knowledge of Order Management Systems (OMS) and retail business processes.

Experience in: Order Orchestration Inventory Management Order Fulfillment Returns Management Omnichannel Retail Hands-on experience with REST APIs , GraphQL , and system integrations. Knowledge of Microservices Architecture and Cloud-based applications. Experience working in Retail and E-commerce environments. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Commerce (Magento), or similar platforms. Exposure to Oracle Retail, SAP Retail, Manhattan OMS, or IBM Sterling OMS. Knowledge of Azure, AWS, or cloud-native technologies. Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
