Job description

Implement, configure, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O). Gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Translate business requirements into functional and/or technical solutions. Configure modules and support end-to-end business processes. Conduct Fit-Gap Analysis, Workshops, UAT, and Training sessions. Participate in system integration, data migration, testing, and deployment activities.

Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver solutions. Provide post-go-live support and issue resolution. Create functional specifications and process documentation.

Required Skills

4+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O . Strong knowledge of one or more D365 F&O modules: Finance General Ledger (GL) Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) Fixed Assets Supply Chain Management (SCM) Procurement & Sourcing Inventory Management Manufacturing Warehouse Management Experience in D365 F&O implementation, rollout, upgrade, or support projects. Strong understanding of business processes and ERP systems.

Experience with system integration and data migration. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate). Knowledge of Azure services and integrations. Exposure to Dynamics 365 CE/CRM. Microsoft Certifications in Dynamics 365. Experience working in Retail, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain domains.
