Automation playwright

Job description

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright . Build and enhance scalable test automation frameworks. Execute functional, regression, smoke, and end-to-end test suites. Collaborate with Developers, Product Owners, and Business Analysts to understand requirements and define test strategies. Identify, report, and track defects through resolution. Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines. Analyze test execution results and provide detailed reports.

Ensure adherence to automation best practices and coding standards.

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience with Playwright . Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript . Experience in API testing and validation. Hands-on experience with Test Automation Framework development. Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, DOM, REST APIs). Experience with Git version control. Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Good to Have Experience with API automation testing.

Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure/AWS). Knowledge of Docker and containerized testing. Experience with performance and security testing tools. Familiarity with BDD frameworks such as Cucumber.
