Position Summary

Order Admin Duties

• To ensure adequate customer and incoming check documentation is received, for each consignment, to enable order to be created in the system.
• To support the X-ray modality
• To assist in sample processing for X-ray process
• To assist in reviewing of X-Ray processing batch records.
• To ensure and monitor all items in system is updated and to create any new item that required.
• To assist Production Planner in any matter related to X-Ray scheduling
• All other responsibilities that commensurate with her experience and qualification as assign Manager.
• To coordinate with Shipping Coordinator on utilization and adequate availabilities of space in warehouse.
• To ensure and comply to company rules and policies, safety policies, QA procedures and SOPs.
• To support and involve in Lean, Kaizen, and Continuous Improvement activities as required. Duties - cont'd Education Degree High School Diploma or GED

Required Experience

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Possess own transportation.
