Responsibilities

You’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe.

That includes: Welcome and assist staff, visitors, and contractors while delivering excellent customer service. Lead and support the on-site security team during your shift. Conduct regular patrols to maintain a safe and secure environment. Manage access control, CCTV, alarm systems, and incident response. Ensure all officers are compliant with site procedures and company standards. Support emergency procedures, including evacuations and searches.

Monitor performance, provide coaching, and support team development. Maintain accurate records, site documentation, incidents, and handovers. Remain vigilant at all times, reporting incidents and preventing disruption. Please note - The responsibilities listed here aren’t the full picture—but they give you a good sense of the role. Ideally, you’ll have: British nationality and UK residency for the past 5 years (due to site requirements) The right to work in the UK with a 5-year checkable employment history A valid SIA Door Supervisor or Security Guarding Licence A valid CCTV Licence and full UK driving licence Previous control room experience and the ability to lead and motivate a team A proactive approach, strong customer focus, and excellent team-building skills Strong communication skills, both written and spoken English Flexibility to support operational requirements when needed
