On-site, at our headquarters in Mediaș, Sibiu County. This is a full-time, office-based position — remote or hybrid work arrangements are not available for this role. Independent recruiting of different profiles for our location in Romania Implementation and management of recruiting and active sourcing measures Coordination of employer branding measures with the local team and our central Employer Branding department in Germany Constant exchange and reporting to the central talent acquisition department Independently drafting, designing and implementing job advertisements, job descriptions and onboarding processes Advising hiring managers and conducting meetings to clarify job requirements Conducting digital and face-to-face job interviews Identification and selection of suitable candidates
