Customer Relation and Service Specialist (m/f/d)

Job description

As a Customer Relation and Service Specialist, you will support daily administrative and sales-related activities, ensuring accurate documentation, client communication, and coordination between internal teams, suppliers, and external authorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Register clients and maintain communication until product delivery
• Provide general information about products and services with management approval
• Prepare and issue contracts using approved templates
• Register and track internal orders (physical and electronic records) Issue delivery notes and invoices (proforma and fiscal)
• Prepare documentation for tenders and register them in SAP Issue delivery documents, quality certificates, and conformity declarations
• Maintain communication with relevant external authorities
• Prepare documentation for customs, vehicle registration, and RAR systems
• Ensure compliance with legal and internal company regulations
