Preparing and organizing documentation for import and export licences Monitoring shipments carried out under applicable licences and maintaining accurate records Checking supporting documents and ensuring compliance with licence conditions and internal procedures Monitoring licence-related deadlines and supporting the licence closing and archiving process Supporting internal departments with import-export documentation and compliance requirements Identifying changes in operations that may require further assessment or licensing Coordinating with internal stakeholders and relevant authorities when required Gradually taking over additional Import-Export responsibilities and acting as a backup for the Import-Export Responsible
