On-site, at our headquarters in Mediaș, Sibiu County. This is a full-time, office-based position — remote or hybrid work arrangements are not available for this role. Monitoring and ensuring material availability to support production and project schedules Tracking delivery dates and coordinating material requirements with suppliers and internal stakeholders Managing material planning activities and maintaining accurate master data in SAP Monitoring inventory levels and supporting material demand planning Coordinating with Procurement, Logistics, Production and Project Management to ensure uninterrupted material flow Preparing and analyzing reports related to material availability, shortages and delivery performance Supporting the identification and resolution of material supply issues and implementing corrective actions Monitoring procurement and material-related milestones to ensure project deadlines are achieved
