Senior Fulfillment Operation Analyst (Outbound)

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Senior Fulfillment Operation Analyst (Outbound) supports the execution of outbound operations at HKDC, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment across multiple markets. This role focuses on operational execution, coordination with 3PL partners, and resolving daily outbound issues. The position also supports continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging data, systems, and process enhancements to maintain high service levels in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field 3–5 years of experience in outbound logistics or fulfillment operations

• Knowledge of WMS, inventory management, and outbound processes
• Strong problem-solving and operational execution skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work cross-functionally Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills Detail-oriented with strong execution focus
• Proficient in MS Office and basic data analysis Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
