EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field At least
- 1 year of hands-on experience with WMS in retail/logistics
- Proven experience in WMS development, configuration, customization, and support; Strong preference for hands-on experience with Manhattan Active Warehouse Management and Omlog Logistica
- Knowledge of core WMS processes (receiving, putaway, picking, packing, inventory control, shipping) Experience with requirements gathering, functional design, testing, and documentation
- Familiarity with integration concepts (APIs, interfaces) Proactive, self-motivated team player with strong English communication skills (Mandarin/other APAC languages a plus)
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment; occasional off-hours support for Asia Pacific time zones
