At the Dayton Fulfillment Center, our team uses advanced automation and robotics technology to move these products to customers efficiently, safely, and reliably.   Starting P ay : $27.70   Successfully complete your qualification period and receive your first pay increase to $28.80/ hr after just 6 months.   Shift P remiums:   + $0.50 / hr day s (6 am – 6 :30 pm)   + $2.00 / hr night s (6 pm – 6 :30 am)   + $2.50 / hr rotatin g ( 2 week rotation between days to nights ) ​   Work Hours:     12-hour shifts, on a 2-2-3 schedule . For more information regarding who is eligible for hire at P&G along with other work authorization FAQ’s, please click  HERE     Procter & Gamble participates in E-Verify as required by law.    Qualified individuals will not be disadvantaged based on being u nemployed.   Job Qualifications What We're Looking For   High school diploma or GED required   Technical school, trade school, apprenticeship, or an associate degree in a related field preferred   Minimum 2 years of mechanical or technical experience in manufacturing or a similar industrial environment   Experience maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial equipment   Familiarity with conveyors, pumps, compressors, motors, gears, bearings, automated equipment, or robotics systems   Ability to use hand tools, power tools, diagnostic equipment, and precision instruments   Understanding of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems and how they interact within automated operations   Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, problem-solving, and teamwork skills   Successful completion of a Technical Interview will be  required  as part of the application process.
