- 负责管理和推动平安业务团队（200-300人）完成贷款业务
- 培训所辖人员贷款业务知识
- 组织活动提高本公司产品在平安业务团队的影响力
- 完成团队制定的月度、季度、年度目标 任职资格
- 本科以上学历，有1-3年渠道专员工作经验，
- 具备领悟融会、沟通协作的能力。
