- 负责项目案场外的客户拓展工作，积极拓展外部客源
- 熟悉项目相关内容，掌握专业知识，提高拓客成交率
- 与案场置业顾问对接客户，完成销售指标
- 在职责权限范围内妥善处理和解决客户的意见和要求
- 完成领导安排的其他工作 1、大专及以上学历，房地产类、市场营销类专业 2、1年以上渠道拓展经验优先，具备房地产、市场营销等相关知识基础 3、销售能力、沟通表达能力突出，有较强的市场拓展，渠道拓展能力，有一定的抗压能力
