Group Manager, Data Center Investments and Deals

Job description

Lead end‑to‑end investment underwriting and deal execution for large‑scale data center investments, including land acquisition, land development, leases, and build decisions. Own detailed cash flow, valuation, and downside scenario models used for executive approvals and long‑range capital planning. Partner directly with acquisition, engineering, and operations leaders to structure and negotiate transactions, balancing price, flexibility, speed to market, and capital efficiency.

Drive build vs. lease and alternative structuring analyses using total cost of ownership, IRR, NPV, and risk‑adjusted return frameworks. Drive portfolio-level alignment for data center investments, across different form factors, existing presence in the region and accounting for impact from strategic partnerships. Synthesize diverse data sources into clear executive summaries for leadership decisions Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 4+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 6+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR equivalent experience.

Experience in infrastructure finance, project finance, real assets investing, corporate development, or investment banking.

• 5+ years work experience in the technology or software industry.
• 5+ years work experience in matrix-based organization.
• 5+ years experience in multinationals with multi-product/multi-segment finance roles.
• 3+ years experience managing direct reports.
• Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 12+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership, or finance work experience OR Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 15+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership, or finance work experience o OR equivalent experience.
