Job description

Build and extend our people-analytics MCP server

add new datasets, improve answer quality, and cut response times. Diagnose and fix bugs across our AI tools, and test rigorously before things ship. Partner across the People Analytics team to build and test GitHub Copilot skills that encode analytical methods. Prototype new solutions as opportunities emerge across our workstreams, partnering with senior teammates and adapting quickly as priorities shift in a fast-moving, still-forming space.

Build responsibly with sensitive people data

Master's Degree in Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics or related field OR Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics or related field AND 2+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, data science, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis OR equivalent experience.

Master's Degree in Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics or related field AND 3+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, data science, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis OR Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics or related field AND 5+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, data science, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis OR equivalent experience.
