Partner Management

• Develop, onboard, and manage 3PL partners and maintain strong partner relationships.

Capacity Management

• Drive courier recruitment and capacity development to ensure sufficient delivery supply.

Performance Management

• Monitor key partner KPIs, identify operational gaps, and drive improvements in fulfillment efficiency and service quality.

Project & Problem Solving

• Drive the implementation of key initiatives and coordinate internal and external resources to solve operational issues.
• At least 3 years of experience in logistics, on-demand delivery, food delivery platforms, or channel management. Experience with leading platforms is preferred.
• Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and operational management skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and partner management skills, with a strong results-oriented mindset.
• Fluent in English as a working language. Experience in the Saudi market or proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
