Marketing Communication Associate (Emirati National)

Job description

- Support the development and execution of PR campaigns, corporate announcements and communication initiatives.

• Draft and edit press releases, media materials, briefing documents, presentations and corporate content. Coordinate cross-functionally with Marketing, Government Affairs, Legal, Operations, Logistics and
• Business Development teams to gather inputs, align messaging, secure approvals and deliver communications projects on time.
• Build positive working relationships across departments and help ensure smooth information flow, clear ownership and timely follow-up on shared projects.
• Coordinate with PR agencies, media partners and other external stakeholders.
• Monitor daily media coverage, industry developments and competitor news.
• Prepare media coverage reports, campaign summaries and regular communications updates.
• Maintain and update media lists, communications calendars and project trackers.
• Support media engagements, interviews, events, filming opportunities and stakeholder visits.
• Assist with content development for Keeta’s corporate social media channels, particularly LinkedIn.
• Identify relevant storytelling opportunities across Keeta’s business, people, merchants, riders, partnerships and community initiatives.
• Support the organisation of corporate events, media roundtables and government or partner engagements.
• Ensure external communications follow Keeta’s brand guidelines, key messages and approval processes.
• Provide administrative and coordination support across the wider communications function.
• Emirati National
• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Media Studies or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; up to two years of relevant experience in PR, communications, media or marketing is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. + Arabic language skills are highly preferred.
• Good understanding of social media, digital communications and the local media landscape.
• Strong organisational and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to coordinate across different teams and manage multiple deadlines.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.
• Hands-on exposure to corporate communications, media relations and integrated PR campaigns.
