Nonfood Category Manager

Job description

Responsible to develop the overall strategy for a product category and research new product opportunities within the category to drive sale and achieve set targets.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

AND TASKS:

• Analyze data to determine industry and consumer trends.
• Identify and establish long-term partnerships with direct distributors and salers.
• Stay on the lookout for new suppliers based on strategy.
• Assist in setting the yearly budget/sale target and profit per category.
• Administer the price setting and respect the margin per category.
• Monitor and enhance category/product performance.
• Establish long-term development strategies for product categories.
• Develop exit strategies for unsuccessful products.
• Create trust relationships with vendors to achieve better pricing and quality of services.
• Determine the positioning of a product category to maximize visibility.
• Collaborate with buyers and merchandisers to expand product categories.

工作职责

• 负责商品与供应链管理-招商采购领域的业务规划和战略制定。
• 负责供应商的筛选、评估、谈判和合同管理，确保供应商的质量、价格和交货时间符合公司的要求。
• 负责市场调研和竞争对手分析，及时了解市场动态和趋势，制定相关的采购策略。
• 管理采购团队，指导团队成员的工作，确保团队目标的达成。
• 配合供应链团队，协调内外部资源，优化采购流程，提高效率和降低成本。
• 与其他部门合作，确保供应链的顺畅运作，满足公司业务的需求。 Minimum Experience:5+ years of experience as a buyer/Category Manager in the grocery field non-food Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Marketing or equivalent.

• 具备丰富的招商采购工作经验，至少5年以上相关岗位经验。
• 具备良好的市场洞察力和分析能力，能够熟练运用市场调研和数据分析工具。
• 具备出色的谈判和沟通能力，能够与供应商建立良好的合作关系。
• 具备良好的团队管理能力，能够有效指导和激励团队成员，达成团队目标。
